Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 1 dia. Fui entrevistado pela Zalando (Berlim) em jan. de 2019
Entrevista
I applied online to Zalando for the position of Backend Java Engineer. I received a codility exercise by email. I was however, surprised and turned off. I received 3 questions, 1 in Java, and the other 2 in C and JavaScript. While I knew these languages, in the confines of a timed challenge, it would not be the best time to brush up on particular nuances of the language. I was most certainly disappointed by the process as nowhere in the job description mentioned anything about JavaScript, let alone C. While knowledge of multiple languages is a given, it is highly lackadaisical to request someone take a test in a language not requested by the job - and worse yet, that you cannot confirm he/she knows. I indicated this to the recruiter for the position and got no reply.
Do better Zalando.

I apply on their website on an online offer. I received a first email with a Codility take home test (3 tasks). The difficulty is the same as others online programming test.
After I received an email to enter my availability for a 60 minutes phone interview. I never received a reply after months and multiple emails send to my contact person.
Quick advice to Zalando, when you ask someone his availability don’t let him wait without any news !
