The interview process was very detailed and fairly well structured. The whole process took about 2-3 months (including Christmas holidays) so might not be as long another time in the year. I met several stakeholders including the team in early stages which I believed was premature. Must acknowledge that everyone was fairly well prepared, respectful and mindful of time which I appreciated. It did feel that the interviewers (think I met about 8-10 people overall) were reading questions from a script so there was no room for flexibility and truly getting to the bottom of a topic or am opportunity to share additional skills and experience.

Thorough interview process spanning 5 rounds. Each round tests different competencies. Overall, the interviews got to the right balance of technical depth, and the interviewers were all really nice. Great experience overall.
