An initial phone interview with a non-technical recruiter followed by a separate phone interview with another non-technical recruiter. This was followed by an online test that required a 3 hour commitment. I didn't complete the last half of it in the allotted time as my Internet dropped. There was no possibility of repeating the test. I was however given a chance to have an extra technical phone interview with 3 separate developers, to see if I could actually code. The first two interviews went great and we all understood my 20 year seniority, the discussion was broad and varied. I failed the last interview as the interviewer was stroking his ego and only looking for a specific wording in my answer. He would not elaborate on his question after rejecting my answers. There was no possibility of a do-over and you get an automatic block from applying again.
