Took them 2 months to schedule the first interview. I went through 6 interviews but never spoke to a talent recruiter, all the interviews were scheduled in an automated way through Gcal with no detail on how to prepare at all. Interview invite would only say the name of the interviewer and the type of interview (e.g. tech leadership). After completing 6 interviews and spending 6 hours on this company, the rejection came through an automated email that wasn’t even proofread. The email said you could reply if you want feedback on their decision, which I did, but they never responded. Very impersonal. I don’t know what happened to Zalando, but this is really unprofessional and disrespectful to candidates who spent so much time on your company.
