Le processus d'entretien d'embauche commence généralement par la présélection des candidats sur la base de leur CV et lettre de motivation. Ensuite, les candidats retenus sont convoqués à un ou plusieurs entretiens, qui peuvent être téléphoniques, en visioconférence ou en présentiel. Durant l'entretien, le recruteur évalue les compétences techniques, les qualités personnelles, la motivation et l’adéquation au poste. Des tests techniques ou psychotechniques peuvent être ajoutés. Enfin, après comparaison des candidats, une proposition d’embauche est faite au profil le plus adapté. Le processus peut durer de quelques jours à plusieurs semaines.

Entrevista
I applied on linked in, it took about 3 months. At first step they asked me to have a code challenge on Codility, after passing it, I invited to have an interview with a tech lead, after that I invited to the final interview which was 4 rounds (system design, coding, general tech, and hr). All of them were at a day and four hours.
Next week they sent me a rejection without any feedback. I sent an email to ask HR to give me feedback but nothing happened.
