They posted a job on cocubes. They mentioned their wrong package and than blamed cocubes. I travel from outstation and they selected me on good package. But after a week they have completed with their process and they got a person who is ready to work in less package. They called me and told they can provide me only same package now. Earlier, they told me to give resignation as they want to hire soon and I need to complete notice period. Very bad experience. This is zero professionalism.

Pathetic Interview process by them. First, there is no reception desk, and there is no person on the front who could guide you whom to meet and where to meet. Second, HR person will come who have no clue what to ask from a senior person and have no idea about the profile for they are hiring. He will just ask basic questions about you and Second, they don't respect the person who came for interview, they believe you are came there for job it means you should wander. Even after 3 hours of waiting time they will not confirm you when your interview going to be started and after that no one will communicate with you.
