Was a Group interview of about 20 people. There were 3 members of HR there and they began by introducing themselves and then proceeded to inform us about the company. We then were asked to get up in groups of 5 in front of the room and introduced ourselves one by one; they told us to say our name, last place we worked and a fact about ourselves. When that was over we split into 3 groups; sales advisor, cashier, stock room. In our groups we had a board which to write all the Quality we think our group had. After the activity was over we remained in our groups and they conducted a small interview. They handed everyone in the group a card and we were told not to look at it until it was our turn, on the card was a question that we had to answer, after we answered the question on the card they asked us a question based on our previous experience (they had our cv's at hand) After all that they talked more about the position and career advancement within the company.
