Entrevista
I attended the interview in this come a month back. The company looked small with around 50 employees. The first round was sql, second was UI, third was java,forth some aptitude related puzzles. The interview went very well and was finally called by the VP. I had a talk with him for around an hour discussed few database related topics.
Everything went well but finally I didn't get offer. I doubt if it could be because of the compensation, because the person was repeatedly saying about the latest technologies used and how the employees from other organizations work here at lesser pay because of it. I would like to suggest one thing to the management and recruiters here, if you are seriously not ready to pay the expected compensation and want the employees to work for lesser pay, please confirm it before hand. Thus it would not waste the time and effort of everyone involved. I was disappointed not because of getting the offer, but because of wasting 5 hours attending various rounds.

Technical interview consists of Apti and algorithms in data structures. those who are good in aptitude and data structures they can easily go through it
