      2 - Technical Rounds 1 - Managerial but he doing a tech round 1st Round He will ask about android and Kotlin You may be asked to write some code Explain fragment lifecycle Threading coroutines questions It went will he impressed with and I went to 2nd round 2nd Round - He was a cool guy from backend team asked me to write some programs which I did asked few things about android also clearly told he from backend didn't ask me anything from backend Also warned me to learn more about crypto as next round will be final and you should not miss this opportunity for something stupid or basic 3rd round with the manager He is basically a backend guy and knows backend can't say how much From the starting he was asking to design api and give HLD about payment APIs I told him I am a frontend developer I don't build APIs even after that he forced me to give some solution I gave a rough idea from frontend side He lacks maturity also has too less experience to be a manager he should check what I know and what I can bring to the company not what he knows and other person should also know same. Like this he should know all about android , lifecycle, coroutines etc he was also not clear why they where using native app and wanted to switch to hybrid about which he has no idea which one to choose. It is good to know about backend but it is not a mandatory skill for an android or frontend developer after going through so many rounds rejecting saying he just don't need a UI developer is disrespectful thinking UI development or android development is easy because you have never done it is not right it involves lot of complexity from front end side as a manager you should never say or think like that. I was interested because of wfh option and wanted to learn more about crypto personally but feels there is a communication gap in the team also the CTO should look what kind of managers they hire and how they are working or just passing time. Be mature while interview

      Very good experience, interviewer was humble, though i just started giving interviews so get to know in which area i need to revise and work more. Company revamping there code base to KMM so deep dive in KMM.
