The hiring process was straight forward with solid communication on next steps. The interviews were enjoyable and felt genuine. You could feel the energy and excitement from everyone I spoke with. The process really made me excited to join the company and contribute to the growth.

The interview process was very lengthy. There were 5 separate interviews with Directors and VPs and President/CEO. Seemed to want industry experience over capability and high capacity candidates. This was a backfill position after last 2 people in the role churned out.
