Sincere apologies that you had a negative experience interviewing with us. Digging in our records, we have identified the reasons how this happened and have changed our internal system to avoid this from happening again. In January 2022 we had only 2 interviews. 1) The first interviewee applied from our website, submitted his take home exercise on 6 February, and we responded on 8 February with specific reasons around code architecture and readability. 2) The second interview did not apply via our website but was introduced by the candidate mentioned above, without our opt in, directly to our CEO and was never picked up in our applicant tracking system. We have recently introduced a better applicant tracking system (Workable) to make sure we keep track of all candidates we speak to and get back with an answer to everyone. However, due to the sheer volume of applications we receive, it is not possible for us to get back to all applicants which are not invited for an interview.
