I was really looking forward to the interview. I had the impression that they were excited to get to know me and see if I fit in the role. However as soon as the interview date hit not only was one of the recruiters was absent, but the other recruiter sounded very disinterested and in such a rush. I have a feeling they were more interested in seeing if I was more "advanced" enough to proceed with the process rather than take someone with already a fair amount of experiance.

Had an intro phone call with the SDR manager, then was asked to create a mock email to a CISO of a tech company. Went in for a 3-hr on-site interview which consisted of 1 hour interviews by current SDRs, AEs, then finally the SDR manager. The people were very friendly, although when I got to the last interviewer, she didn't seem to really engage in the conversation. Was a bit concerning considering she would be my direct manager.
