Recruiter reached out to me directly for a first screening, then had interviews with the Founder/CMO, the heads of Product, Sales, and finally CEO.
Questions were probably 30% technical (as technical as pm/pmm gets) and 70% behavioral. Questions were moderately difficult at times, probing about open problems I would have to figure out later in the role. The interviews were challenging my motivation to work for them, making sure it's a good fit from both sides and checking in on my gut feeling periodically.
So, difficulty was: Medium
Overall I think the process was very well managed throughout by the recruiter. She was always very responsive and pushed things forward quickly. They were transparent with the process and accountable.
I withdrew at the offer stage for reasons unrelated to Zenhub, so I would definitely say it was a good experience and had a good impression of the company and their process.
