Strange interview, the person who interviewed me was very kind but I am sorry to say, they had the classic 1000 yard stare. I hope you are ok! At least pretend like you want to be there. I know you have to sift through 100 candidates a day but maybe get more HR members on board to handle the work load. Instead the result is a dehumanizing and awkward interview process. It was like interacting with a robot at some stages, either way I could tell this company was just looking for someone submissive and desperate willing to take on their laughable wages. There was no room for thinking outside the box and the questions were so insanely corporate it felt like they were straight out of HR for dummies.
