They took 4 rounds, and taken all the documents (salary slips, bank statements). After they ghosted me. Completely spam organization. HR/founder office people are fraud and unresponsive on call. First two round was having basic intern level dsa and machine learning question. Third round will be interesting. I cleared all the rounds. But I wasted my time for this fraud organization

The interview process was a complete mess. It had 4 rounds: 1. Discussion on projects with a DSA problem thrown in. 2. A machine coding round on React. 3. System design discussion. 4. A disgracefully unprofessional round with the Founder/VP. The HR team pretends to be supportive during the process but becomes utterly unresponsive once it's over. I cleared all the rounds and was told I had passed, but they ghosted me completely—ignoring my calls, emails, and messages. The VP round was a joke. He showed up 20 minutes late for a 30-minute interview, asked random, irrelevant questions, then abruptly left the meeting. To top it off, he called back 20 minutes later with the ridiculous excuse that his laptop's battery had died. The whole experience screamed incompetence and a lack of respect for candidates' time.
