Good! General questions asked (background, strengths, weaknesses) and also what brings you to the field. I didn't get a follow-up interview, but I enjoyed my experience and thought it was a good baseline interview.

Everyone I spoke to was nice. I had a phone screening and then an interview. I felt like I really would've been a great fit, but they wanted me to be more bubbly and extroverted. It's a job for bubbly extroverts, and if you're not that, don't bother even if you care about the job.
