Candidatei-me de outra forma. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Zenda .
Entrevista
Had two Zoom calls and then an in-person interview. First round was with an executive and second round was with 3 designers. They gave an assignment and for the third and final round I had to come in to the office to present to the entire team. I'm like wow. They trashed my work, asked a bunch of random questions and kept nodding their heads and some even left in the middle of my presentation. I'm okay with feedback and all but they really had high expectations. They actually gave me an assignment that was related to one of their projects. Guess if my idea was good, it would have been free work for them. But no, they made these awful facial expressions at me. At the end they all got up and left at once. I literally wanted to leave in the middle of my presentation because of how they acted.
I never heard anything from them. So yeah, not even a rejection email or anything. After the on-site interview I can totally tell that there's a lot of ego at the company. I was already hesitant because of their bad reviews but now I understand. I'm so glad I didn't end up here.

I had three interview rounds; one with the practice lead, one other senior researchers and finally with the CEO. The first round was about my project, the second about my experience and behavior and the last one it was the offer.
