I only experienced the first step: the phone interview. It is a half a hour interview with the HR, during which they ask about your experience related to the job ad and about general personality questions. In my case, my interviewer was very kind and provided me with a comprehensive feedback even after I was rejected. That really helped me preparing for future interviews.

La entrevista fue buena y fácil, hice un roleplay pero los reclutadores están poco capacitados, no dan seguimiento y hay que estarlos persiguiendo. Lo demás digamos que no está mal, me hubiera gustado que hubiera una mejor relación con los reclutadores
