My experience with the hiring process was mixed.
On the positive side, every interviewer I spoke with was professional, friendly, and created a very comfortable environment for conversation. The hiring manager and the panel interviewers were approachable, supportive, and made the interviews feel natural rather than intimidating.
However, the overall process was extremely slow and lacked consistent communication.
The process started at the end of March 2026 with an initial interview with a recruiter. At the end of the call, I was told I would immediately receive information to schedule the next interview with the hiring manager. That information never arrived. After several days, I sent two follow-up emails, but neither received a response. Eventually, I assumed the process had ended.
Almost 20 days later, the hiring manager unexpectedly contacted me to schedule the second interview. That interview went very well, and at the end I was told I would receive the details for the next stage, a panel presentation. I completed the panel interview approximately two weeks later, presenting to three interviewers. Once again, the experience itself was very positive, and the interviewers were professional and respectful throughout.
After the panel, I was told I should expect a decision within one and a half to two weeks. By that point, I had already been in the process for about six weeks. Two weeks passed with no update. I waited a few more days and still heard nothing, so I reached out for an update nearly three weeks after the panel interview.
I was then informed that they were still conducting interviews and that I should expect news within another week. At that point, it had already been about a month since my panel presentation, which felt unusually long.
A week later, I received the final update that the hiring process had been postponed/suspended.
What frustrated me most was not the outcome itself, but the lack of transparency and communication throughout the process. I spent nearly three months interviewing, preparing presentations, following up, and waiting for updates, while it appeared that the company itself did not yet have a clear timeline or certainty regarding when the position would actually be available.
The people I met were excellent, but the recruiting process felt disorganized, overly lengthy, and ultimately resulted in a significant investment of time without a clear outcome.
