The interview process begins with a phone screen with the recruiting team. If they deem you to be a good potential fit, they will ask you to come in for an interview. You will likely interview with 3-4 individuals. Zenefits is a highly disorganized company. Interviewers were highly unprofessional, and some spoke negatively of the company culture. The team for the department in which I interviewed is clearly unsure of how they fit into the overall company. Big red flag to anyone but the most desperate job seekers.
