Very easy and clear process. Applied via a friend, received a call in a few days. Phone interview, then invited for an in person. Met with two managers, then called and was offered the job. They communicated with me the entire time, and didn't leave me guessing about the next steps. The recruiter and one of the managers who interviewed me reached out to follow up to give me the verbal offer.

After submitting an online application with a referral from a friend who works there, I received a screening phone call. The call lasted about 10 minutes and we talked about the responsibilities of the job and my current experience. I then went to Scottsdale a week later for a three person interview. Two managers and the sales director, all individually. They mostly wanted to talk about my past work, and why they love Zenefits. If you want the job, you have to act like it would be your life. Two of the three interviewers actually told me they bleed orange (the company color). Zenefits is their life, and if you don't seem as die hard, they probably won't hire you.
