Interviews were quick and straight to the point. Talked to few managers and potential teammates. Managers were looking if I was a good cultural fit, while teammates and leads were looking for technical knowledge.

They conduct rounds as per their wish. No particular process or no clarity. They ask you nothing about the job except useless questions for which they expect you to answer uselessly. You need to prepare for anything, just attend, if they like your face they will hire you in to this mafia. Never choose this worst company ever.
