I sent my CV and cover letter to the recruitment email address provided on their website. I was then asked to complete a 7 day menu plan, with meals that I would feel confident in cooking. Shortly after this, I was invited to a face to face interview. This was in a coffee shop, and therefore was a fairly relaxed environment. During the interview, I was shown a presentation on the laptop about the company and then asked a series of questions about myself and some fairly simple competency questions. I also had to complete a quick written test where I had to create a menu from a given list of ingredients, and answer some simple cooking and cleaning questions.
