They had a f2f interview to start with. It was one of the worst interview i ever had. Interviewer was correcting my answers saying that i seems like confused even though i am sure that i and the whole world knows that HP ALM is a test management tool not a project management tool. So this particular trend followed for each and every questions, even if the interviewer realized that I was telling the right answer Interviewer was trying hard to make sure to reject every one of them. If you want to reject you can tell it upfront not by saying silly reasons that you seems like confused starting from my self introduction.

Interview questions was very easy and pretty basic on Insurance. I was told that requirement is for P&C Insurance. But question was out of P&C Insurance. The best part was the person who interviewed me is the senior most in Zensar Interview Panel, but you know what.. The knowledge that he carried was less than 2% in both testing as well Insurance. I had to literally argue one questions he asked and explain him the real business logic behind each question. But for what? Nothing. I was rejected. Was it because i dont deserve to be selected for next round? Or because i carried much more knowledge than him and if selected i will outthrow him in career? Atleast companies should know whom they select for interview panel.
