The interview was smooth and the technical questions were not difficult at all. BUT, After the selection, the recruiters come back and force you to go through certain Pass-Through Vendors who take a significant cut. They seem to be biased about certain vendors and even when I asked if I can work through other vendors, they rejected my profile and did not make an offer to me. I was forced to work through Katalyst Technologies and when I looked up online, I was not comfortable with the reviews and recent news. I asked if I can work with other vendors, and they forced me to lose the job. Looks like the recruiters at Zensar and Katalyst have some deal in the backend.
