The interview process was well-structured and organized. They first get to know you and understand where you come from and who you are. Then they see how you handle yourself in certain situations and scenarios. The combination of those things help them figure out if you're a good fit for them, and if they are a good fit for you. The interview wasn't easy, but it wasn't difficult either. It helped me understand where I am with what I need, and how I fit in with the rest. Everyone was kind and informative and you can tell they love their jobs and what they do very much.
