1. Culture & brief introduction with HR, this was pleasant. During this stage I was asked to complete a code test. I had to remind the business to send the code test, twice. It took them one week to finally send it to me.
2. Code test is easy. You're required to build a transaction processor to load CSV data and process fake transactions from account to account. Language is option, however Ruby is preferred (it's a rails job). I completed this task within the allotted time and submitted it. I have reminded the interview panel to review the code test 3 times, the third time no reply.
Easy interview, they seem pleasant however very disorganised. In total I have reminded the business 5 times to either send the code test or review the code test etc. In all my decades of working in tech this is the most disorganised interview process I've encountered. a
