Zepto Systems used services of HR Ways for Hiring. Islamabad Office is responsible for shortlisting the CVs and Interview is taken at relevant office. After Getting Shortlisted HR will call you and arrange interview with Technical Person. Interview Process have no IQ or Personality testing.

Process is slow and ridiculous, unprofessional people. Most of the time the interviewer does not know about the technology he is going to interview for and questions asked in the interview are irrelevant and taken from google interview question.
