Zepz's recruiter approached me on LinkedIn. Once the initial conversation is done, the remaining process is done in 4 stages. 1. 30-45 call with Engineering lead. Mostly technical fundamentals. 2. Online timed programming tests 3. 60 minutes pair-programming/system design 4. Cultural fit interview with director of engineering The whole process completed very quickly (approximately 2 weeks) once availability on both sides is sorted out.

I recently went through an interview process for a software backend engineer role, and I must say, it was one of the best experiences I've had so far. The next round was a technical interview with two software developers from the company. They were very friendly and professional, and made me feel comfortable right from the start. They asked me some challenging technical questions related to the role, and also gave me some coding problems to solve on a shared screen. Throughout the interview, they gave me helpful feedback and guidance, and also asked me some behavioral questions to understand my work style and approach to problem-solving.
