You apply online then answer a number of technical, behavioural and logical questions on their online platform with video camera on for recording responses. Once that is done you proceed to the next stage which is a physical interview with a panel. The only downside here was the unstructured nature of the interview. The panel lead who was the CTO randomised questions like an interrogation as opposed to a technical conversation, that and as well as poor communication, they never even got back to me about the interview outcome, very unprofessional

The interview process was the worst to say the least. The interviewers were more than an hour late, totally clueless. After the interview, they extended an offer but after a few weeks, the offer was revoked. The communication was totally unprofessional and the whole process was distasteful.
