Applied online, called almost immediately afterwards to schedule a pre interview. The person that I spoke with during the call didn't seem to be familiar with the role nor did he seem to have reviewed my resume. Asking very elementary questions and some asked twice. He let me know I made it to the next round of the interview, which was going to be via Teams. That's where it all went downhill. the interview was reschedule a total of 6 times!!!! Then apparently at one point he sent an invite, I never got it. He calls me at 5pm asking if I was going to be on the call. Just to make sure I hadn't overlooked something, I double checked my email. I asked him if I had accepted, he said 'no, I don't think so'. So he said he'd schedule again, but the call would need to be after 5/5:30pm, because everybody is always 'busy'. I never heard back. I never reached out because it seemed really unorganized.
