The interview process went very well and they seemed to be fully on board for what I was looking for however they did not fully disclose what problems they were having and there was way to much cross pollination of job responsibilities with my supervisor. I never felt like I was allowed to run my department. I asked initially who was going to support me and he said he would but that tapered off after a few months as he was always overstepping me in my duties.
