One of the co-founders reached out to me about a creative director position. He briefly explained the position and we scheduled an interview. He messaged me about 20 minutes before the interview was scheduled and apologized that he would not be able to make it due to an emergency, but his other co-founder would love to meet with me at the same scheduled time. The interview was scheduled for an hour, but turned into two hours. We had a great conversation. At the end he said he’d like me to come back to speak to the other co-founder. He also said as part of the next round of interviews he’d like to schedule some time for brainstorming. I agreed. After that, there was absolute silence. I messaged them twice and called and left a voicemail. They basically ghosted me.
