Entrevista
I sent my CV in.
Two weeks later I get an email asking about salary expectation, after I answered I was then sent a link to an online technical test.
One week after submitting the test I was sent a rejection email, saying that while my test answers were very good, I did not have experience in the frameworks they required (React.js, Node.js and GraphQL).
My CV has no mention of any of these frameworks, and the test only had 2 questions (out of 25) about React and none about the other frameworks. Several of the questions on the test were basically asking for Google-able definitions, and several others were personal related (why I wanted the job, how would the company keep me if hired, etc.).
Why, I was asked for salary expectation and sent a test to complete if I never had a chance since my CV made it clear that I didn't have the 'must have' requirements, what a waste of time.
