I had an introduction interview and it seemingly went very well. The interviewer liked all of my comments and we had a great introduction. I followed up with a question and it was responded to, but then after that, I continued to follow up to see if there was any movement or if the position was filled...nothing. Not a peep. I know the company is still in startup mode, but following up with the people you interviewed is a massive step.
