Step 1 - Initial 20-30 minutes phone interview
* At this stage the recruiter will ask you some questions regarding your interest with the role as well as the company. I was also asked about how my background ties in with the role*
Step 2 - Case Study Exercise
* I was given a few days to answer an exercise which I was required to upload afterwards*
Step 3 - On-Site Interview
*I had two panel interviews on the same day, the 1st panel consisted of managerial level employees, the 2nd panel consisted of senior level employees from the Client Success Team*

Entrevista
I was initially contacted by a recruiter through Angel's List to schedule a phone interview. The phone interview was pretty easy and seemed to go well. The lady interviewing me said that I would hear back within a couple days whether they decided to move forward or provide feedback - I heard neither. I think it is extremely unprofessional to interview someone to not reach back out with a response at all.
