I advanced through all rounds, including the onsite final. The interviews were straightforward and focused on technical skills, customer interaction, and problem-solving. While I’m stronger on networking/software than electricity, I felt the process was fair overall.
The real issue was after the interviews. I followed up with HR every two weeks, and the only reply I received was, “we are still evaluating other candidates.” This dragged on for weeks with no closure. It left the impression of ghosting, which was unprofessional and disappointing after investing so much time.
