Interviewer did not introduce herself. Was a 1 on 1 interview. Was quick to make assumptions and quick to criticise. Asked very irrelevant questions that did not adhere to TAFEP's requirements. Interrupted my interview halfway and commented about the way I carried myself. Insinuated that this role was for women, as Men are not meticulous. If it was a man who wanted this job, he had to be feminine. I have no idea what kind of assumption this is. She told me that Men in general that are not feminine, have no attention to detail, and would not even notice if one of their button fell off.
