I sent an application and i was contacted by email to a on site interview shortly after. I spoke with the lead developer. He explained me of they frameworks they work and the proccess. He was reassuring and I left with the intention that they will hire me,but they said they need a person in 2 months. They actually made an offer 4 months after, but i had already another job.
