My interview was in-person, in their DFW office located in the Lakewood area, very close to Downtown Dallas. It was very straightforward. I met with the entire team, including the owner, which was impressive in my opinion. We reviewed my portfolio and I was asked very poingnant questions regarding my process and what tools I used and feedback I received. It was very organic, more like a conversation among peers and less like we were interviewing each other, even though that is exactly what we were doing.
