Applied online. Had a screening interview with the recruiter. After which I was invited for a pair programming interview online and onsite 1 - phone screen (Data Structure and Algorithm) with two iOS Engineer. 5 - Virtual Onsite Interview (Data Structure and Algorithm, behavioral & System Design )

First, a recruiter had a phone screening. And then schedule a phone technical interview with HackerRank. The technical interview is a medium difficulty algorithm question. I didn't finish it but almost done. The interviewer added 1-2 lines to finish it. I don't want to say she is rude. She just said time's up, the recruiter would contact me, and then hung up, no other chat. What I want to complain about is a lot of Internet companies interview LeetCode questions, does it make sense? I admit I am not very good at LeetCode. But I think what precious things of a senior engineer are the experience and the technical capabilities in their field. I work in the daytime and I have family and kids, I don't have more time to practice LeetCode than full-time students. I have over 10 years of working experience. If I don't practice LeetCode, does it mean I will have fewer chances than a non-experience candidate? Why don't these companies interview working experience and technical details of the position's fields as the first step?
