It became very obvious the owner of this company is not experienced working with highly functional or senior manager level consultants. The "intern" reviews on this site, should have been the red-flag. It is clearly identified on my resume the level I am at, however she was not even clear on how to read my resume. At one point in the interview, she stated she was ALSO a SME in my area of expertise (after she explained her background which was not my specific area). I've been doing what I do for over 25 years, consulting for F500 and high- level Gov't agencies; reading a book or even the regulations will not make you an SME (in her mind this does). This clearly conveyed someone competing for some kind of attention. It was a strange interview, where she would ask me a question, but then continue to talk about something else, so no answers from me, and she did not fully understand my answers anyway...she is not clear, nor direct and very scattered in her approach. If you are a Senior level Consultant, I'd steer clear from this organization. We could have easily came to ALL this information over the phone.

After careful review,I was invited to an in-person interview with the CEO of the company. My interview started promptly on time and the process was very thorough. The questions asked pertained to the job description and to the work experience on my resume. Honestly, it was one of the more professional interviews I can recently remember having. It was clear to me that the Organization was one of quality, integrity, ethics and made of a fabric of strong work ethic woven throughout the Organization. If you are fortunate enough to interview with this company, you will get to experience it for yourself first hand!
