i went though an agency about a week after i applied the recruiter called me to do a short interview and see if i was a good fit, after that my resume was sent to a hiring manager. I got a call a few days later from my recruiter stating ZImmer wanted to do a phone interview and a good an offer soon after that

This was a very fast and quick process. Recruiter called me up the week before telling me I had a scheduled phone interview the following week. I was offered the position right after the interview.
