Entrevista
I interviewed with 5 employees in a small conference room. The catch was it was one at a time, for 30 minutes each. I wasn't offered water, which makes more talking after two hours of talking in a high-pressure environment a bit difficult.
Most employees were friendly, some were a bit condescending. Didn't do anything to dispel the "meat-grinder" reputation for young engineers.

Got a virtual interview request from ADP services. I thought it went very well. Lasted the whole time limit. Was told that I was going to get notified within a few weeks of the hiring status. I even sent a follow-up email only to never hear from them again. Ghosted....

Entrevista
after a brief preliminary phone call it was followed by a 40 min interview with the employer over webx. it was a casual interview and stress free with the interviewer helping to get the best out of my answers.
I had a phone interview that lasted 30-40 minutes. This was followed by an in person extensive interviewing process that lasted from 9-2:30. I had a great experience learning more about the team and company.
