Had an initial recruiter call, followed by a one hour technical call, and then a three hour final interview. The final interview included a presentation about previous work, a system design interview, a coding test, and then a behavioural interview. It was with the whole team, who jumped in and out of the call. The interview was quite unfocused, without having a single person on their end to really drive it. They could have also provided the coding test in advance and had me talk through my solution, which would have saved time. The team seemed nice but quite disorganised, and I got the impression they were being held back by the wider organisation. I got an automated rejection email, which I think is very poor form after investing so much time in the application / interview process. I had already accepted an offer from another company, but I won't be applying / interviewing with Zimmer Biomet again in the future.
