First round - HR discussion, Asked 6 questions
Second Round - Technical, have given questions to debug and troubleshooting questions related to scripting, cloud, webservice, Docker Compose, Ansible and Terraform.

Entrevista
Initial interview with HR was fine. Interview with hiring manager was awkward as he was busy. Didn't appear on first call and didn't cancel either. Was very short notice on the second call which was a good week after the initial planned call.
Interview was fine. Standard CSM type questions asked. Was advised that other candidates were being interviewed and that I'd hear back in up to 2 weeks.
Radio silence after that. No responses. Chased up after about 2 weeks and was advised that they are still interviewing and that they'll get back to me soon.
It's now been a few weeks after that and I've not heard a thing. Clearly not been offered the role but they should out of courtesy at least reach out to advise.

Applied online via LinkedIn. The recruiter contacted me to schedule a screening interview, which took only 10 minutes because the role was not a match. The recruiter is likely seasoned in recruiting technical talent, not customer engagement/advocacy roles.
I did not appreciate being grilled about employment gaps. It's not the 1980's and the job market and right to work laws mean lack of steady employment should not be held against candidates.
