Screening call followed by interview with hiring manager. The hiring manager was supposed to be on a 1:1 video call but refused to turn on video. I was just talking to myself on the video because hiring manager was busy to "moving" across cities. Had to follow with recruiter for two weeks to get a status on my application. Seemed unprofessional.
