HR interviewed me on the phone and scheduled a task to do with in a day. I completed the ui assignment and send the task files via mail. I got a reply mail after a week saying that I haven't shortlisted. I don't know what Went wrong I done the design well and had confidence that I would be selected. There is nothing wrong with my design work they should have mailed me the reason for not getting selected or suggestions to improve oneself. I doubt whether they were recruiting or just getting ideas from our design task work.
