I applied through LinkedIn. After that, they sent me some online test consists of three basic programming questions of String manipulation which I was able to do within time. After that they called me for the interview at 10:30 am. I was the first one to reach. Even though I completed my first online test, but given no preference I was sitting with the guys who were doing their online test, the one which I already submitted. They made me sit whole day for just one technical round. These guys don't even have private space for interviewing the candidates. One of the guys took my technical interview in a cabin in which employees used to work.I was continuously disturbed by the noises coming from other cabins, technically that guy was good. He was asking some good java questions,I answered almost 80% questions. After that they told me to wait for the next round. In which product manager was going to interview me. In that round, he asked me only one questions ie what do you want to know about us?. So, as Android Developer asked them about the android app projects, little bit about the culture of the company. That's it, After that, they told put me on hold. So I was sure that they are gonna reject me. Two days after I called them and they told me that I was rejected in the Product Manager's round. Rejection is okay for me as this is not my first rejection. But why these people are giving me this lame reason, how can a person judge someone without asking a question. If you think your time is not valuable or not getting calls from other companies, then only go for the interview in Zolo.
