Entrevista
First you were called for a phone screening. You would talk about fifteen minutes to one of their recruitment employees. They are generally asking questions about where you are at, what you are doing, how long you have been there and why you are leaving.
If that is successful they will invite you for a face to face in their Winyard Offices in the CBD.
You first talk to the recruiter for about 45 minutes, also again about your work history, what has stood out that is relevant to the role and the usual questions. It's good to ask a lot of questions as well to get a dialogue going. Then you are meeting with a person from the management team. They will also again go with you through your history and then also ask questions. Then you are asked ro simulate a calf call or try and sell some random items.

Entrevista
A week after the application submission I got a call from their recruiting team and had an about 20min chat with them about the role and my experiences.
After that I got invited for a personal interview. The interview was good with some tricky questions followed by some phone call mock ups and brain teaser.
Next stage was a video call with a director who asked questions about how to acquire new customers, negotiation and closing a deal.
